The Health Centre would like to move to a glycol filled system to allow for more shoulder season operations and prevent damage in winter due to improper drainage of the system. The chilled water system is to be converted to use glycol to allow for more shoulder season operation and prevent future freeze-up of equipment. This conversion will include electrical upgrade to accommodate, along with replacement of the existing wood fence with new cladding.
